What is Kyudo?
Kyudo is the essentially the Traditional Japanese Art of Archery. The word itself means The Way of the Bow.
It is a martial art that focuses on physical, moral, and spiritual development rather than competing against other archers.

Who are we?
Christchurch Kyudo is the oldest Kyudo Club in New Zealand, lead by Dieter Anke 5th Dan.
Where and When?
The Christchurch Kyudo group meet on Sunday mornings at the Christchurch Archery Grounds Rawhiti Domain.
